DESCRIPTION
Highly Appealing
This RC model assembly kit is a re-released and updated version of Thunder Shot, the original of which was first released in 1987. It features a stylish body molded in polycarbonate, which is pre-cut and pre-painted in white and blue, with a transparent canopy. An optional rear wing is also included to let you fine-tune the Thunder Shot (2022), also pre-painted and pre-cut.
Smooth Shaft-Driven 4WD
With a midship motor layout and shaft-driven 4WD setup, the chassis is based around a lightweight and rigid ABS plastic frame that stows R/C equipment internally and features gearbox units with internal differential front and rear that have the suspension attached to them. That four-wheel double wishbone suspension features upper "I" and lower "H" arms and packs a single CVA oil damper at the front, with a pair at the rear, plus a front stabilizer: the result is a smooth, flowing drive. Other features of note include an aluminum motor mount, plus grippy spike tires on all four corners.
